Bridge Tower is a private equity firm that purchases, renovates and manages single and multi-family properties for rent. Currently, our focus is on investments in Dallas and Houston, TX and the surrounding region where we manage properties across multiple funds. We use our extensive relationships with bank asset managers, realtors, wholesalers, and other contacts in the real estate marketplace to source potential transactions at significant discounts to market. Additionally, we develop land and construct homes exclusively for rental. We have a developed network of rehabilitation tradesmen who assist in renovating properties to make them rent-ready. After this process is complete, our internal property management team handles tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection.  Today, we manage over 2,000 single and multifamily properties and will continue to add homes under management in the future.
